Pop Star Katy Perry has teamed up with OPI to launch her nail polish collection! It is gorgeous! The colors range from silver to plum. There is also an awesome color called Black Shatter which creates a "crackled" or "shattered" effect when applied over one of the dried Katy Perry Colors. Here I am with my personal fav. of her collection called Teenage Dream and one "shattered" nail (this was a rough draft lol).
